JEFF CROWE Jeff started dancing in 2003 by taking a teen social dance class. When he came to UVic he joined the UVic Ballroom Dance Club and has been enjoying a variety of dances ever since. It wasn't until last year that Jeff really got bitten by the salsa bug and started taking more classes with ˇSALSA CALIENTE! and going out to the social dances. Once he got familiar with the friendly Victoria salsa community he decided that the best way to quickly improve his salsa dancing skills would be to try out for one of ˇSALSA CALIENTE! 's teams. Jeff was thrilled to make it on the Touring Team and is looking forward to traveling, performing and learning with the team this year. |

In high school, Michaela dabbled with Cuban salsa at a local latin club in her hometown of Ottawa, Ontario. Since moving to Victoria, B.C. two years ago, Michaela has embraced LA style salsa and, more recently, On 2.
