Daytrip to Salsa @ Robson Square

Sunday Afternoon Salsa & Bachata at Robson Square is a free community salsa bachata dance event in downtown Vancouver, organized by Baza Dance Society. The events were originally created in 2006 with fellow salsa dancer Drew Matlow (co-organizer of the first two seasons). From 2008 to 2021, Jennifer and Stephen Dancey were the sole organizers, with Baza becoming co-hosts of the event in 2022.
SCHEDULE
9:15am Meet at the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal
10:00am Ferry to Vancouver & city bus to Robson Square
3:00pm Beginner Salsa lesson
3:30- 7:00pm Social dancing
5:00pm. Dance Performances- Salsa Caliente, Las Melodias Bachata, Ranjit, Katya & Miguel, Las Melodias Salsa
7:00pm. Depart Robson Square
9:00pm. Ferry home
